I’m Tanner Ecrement, founder of SignUp Services. I started this business in 2016, installing real estate signs for my mom, who was a realtor. What began as a simple way to help quickly grew through word of mouth, and before long I was providing professional sign installation services for multiple real estate professionals across Middle Tennessee.

Along the way, I earned my degree in Business administration and gained valuable experience managing complex projects in the fabrication industry. These opportunities strengthened my problem-solving skills, sharpened my attention to detail, and gave me the tools to run a business built on reliability and trust.

Today, SignUp Services is my full-time focus. I specialize in large-format wooden post sign installations and offer a range of services including assembly, repair, straightening, painting, cleaning, removal, and discarding. I’ve also expanded into small property and community maintenance projects, putting my handyman skills to work for HOAs and local property managers.
